How do I add my birthday?
When you’re logged into your Muse Circle account (bottom-right Rewards widget), click “Earn Charms” → “Add Birthday” and fill in your date. You’ll automatically receive your birthday Charms each year.
How do I refer a friend?
Open the Rewards widget and click “Share Muse with Friends.” You’ll get a personal referral link to send via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. When your friend shops using your link, both of you earn rewards.
Where can I see my Charms?
Your Charms balance appears in the Rewards pop-up on the website whenever you’re logged in.
