1. What are your delivery times?
Each Muse piece is handmade to order, which means it takes a little longer — but it’s worth the wait.
- UAE: 2–3 weeks
- International: 3–4 weeks
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking link.
2. Can I return or exchange my order?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges, as every piece is handmade to order.

3. What if I received the wrong size or a damaged piece?
Email us at hello@musedubai.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll make sure you get the correct piece.
4. What if I chose the wrong size?
Since everything is made to order, we typically can’t offer exchanges for sizing errors.
If your case is unique, feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to help.
5. Do you offer custom sizing?
We occasionally take on custom sizing requests — feel free to email us at hello@musedubai.com or DM us on Instagram @muse.dxb to check availability.
Please note: Custom sizing can take up to 2–3 months, depending on fabric and style availability.
6. Do your pieces come with scarves or inners?
Please check the description and product details for each piece.
- Some abayas include a matching scarf (this will be clearly mentioned)
- Inners are sold separately

7. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship across the UAE and internationally.
