Returns & Exchanges
1. Can I return or exchange my order?
Every Muse piece is handmade to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
2. Need to exchange your piece?
Because each Muse piece is made to order, we typically do not offer exchanges — especially for custom or less common sizes, which are difficult to remake or resell. However, we do make exceptions in very specific cases:
If the error was on our end
(for example, you received the wrong size or a damaged item):
• We’ll happily arrange an exchange or replacement
• Email hello@musedubai.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos
If you’d like to request an exchange for another reason
(for example, selecting the wrong size):
• While we don’t usually offer exchanges, you can still email us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• If approved, the following applies:
– The item must be unworn and in original condition
– Shipping costs for return and re-delivery will be covered by the customer
– The replacement piece must be in stock or available for remaking
Please note that exchange requests for non-standard sizes are generally not accepted.
3. Received the wrong or a damaged item?
Please email hello@musedubai.com within 48 hours with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
We’ll make it right.
4. Something unique about your case?
If your situation doesn’t fall under the usual guidelines, we’re still happy to hear you out.
Email us at hello@musedubai.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll review it with care and respond within 7 days.
5. How long will my order take?
Each piece is handmade and made to order.
• UAE: 2–3 weeks
• International: 3–4 weeks
You’ll receive a tracking link once it ships.
